Universal Design for Learning IV:
'Customized UDL Coaching'

Following on 3 course sessions on Universal Design for Learning (UDL), 4 dynamic proprietors/ administrators of 4 different centers were then selected out of the cohort for one-on-one coaching sessions once a week for 5 weeks. These administrators selected two teachers each (8 teachers total) and some parents to sit in on specific coaching sessions. The sessions were customized for each coachee and for particular case studies within the classroom. Finally, led by the proprietor/ administrator, the coaching participants of each school drew up a master plan to disseminate the information and strategies learned in the sessions throughout their schools.
